BenefitsClaim UK ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at benefitclaimuk.co.uk(the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
We are an independent information service. We are not affiliated with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), His Majesty's Revenue and Customs (HMRC), or any government body.
The information, guides, tools, and letters provided on this Platform are for general information and self-help purposes only. They do not constitute regulated legal advice, welfare rights advice, or financial advice within the meaning of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 or the Legal Services Act 2007.
Every benefits case is different. The outcome of your claim or appeal will depend on your individual circumstances, the evidence you provide, and the decision-maker's assessment. We cannot guarantee any particular outcome. You use the Platform and any letters generated at your own risk.
If you need regulated legal advice, please consult a qualified welfare rights adviser, solicitor, or Citizens Advice. Our Get Expert Help page lists free and low-cost services.
We make every reasonable effort to ensure the information on this Platform is accurate, up-to-date, and reflects current UK legislation and DWP policy. However, benefit rules change frequently and we cannot guarantee that all information is current at the time you access it. Always verify rates and rules with an official source (such as gov.uk) before submitting a claim or appeal.
We offer three access tiers: Free, Premium (£24.95/year), and Professional (£79/year). Paid subscriptions are processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
Subscriptions are billed annually and renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until that date.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel a digital subscription from the date of purchase, provided you have not yet accessed the premium content. If you have used the premium features within the 14-day window, you acknowledge that your right to cancel may be limited.
To request a refund, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase. We will process eligible refunds within 10 working days.
